HOW DOES SHUMEI WORK?

By using ShuMei, you are not shopping alone. ShuMei enables you to buy groceries with people living around to enjoy bulk-buy prices and zero delivery fee. We will deliver your order on the next day without any delivery charge or minimum order requirement. Your local community representative will inform you immediately once the order is delivered to the chosen collection point.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO HOME?

Yes, you can. Most of our Community Representatives offer to help deliver to your door for free if you can't manage to go to collection points yourself. Since many of our collection points are located in student accommodations or apartments, this means you don't even need to go downstairs to receive your order!

If there are not any collection points near where you live, you can also choose our 'Home Delivery' option. Our driver will deliver your order to your door on the next day.

HOW CAN I FIND A COLLECTION POINT AND JOIN A LOCAL COMMUNITY?

You can find all our collection points on the WeChat mini programme or on the home page of our website. After you place an order, your local Community Representative will contact you and invite you to join the community group. You are also welcome to reach out to the local Community Representative to request to join the group if you want to know more before making any purchase.
